London Broil I

I am definitely keeping this in my "favorite recipes" book. I did add some lemon juice and omitted the ketchup though. The meat was so flavorful and even our non-beef lover enjoyed it and said she would eat it again. Thank you so much for this great recipe.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

Reviewed: May 17, 2009
I made this to ice a cake for Easter and even though I doubled it, it almost didn't make it to the cake! It is scrumptous! Thank you for saving me from having to resort to canned icing!

White Layer Cake

I was looking for a good recipe and couldn't bring myself to use another boxed cake mix. This was delicious. I did not have buttermilk on hand, so I just added some vinegar to whole milk instead. Thank you for a delicious cake!

Praline French Toast

Reviewed: May 15, 2007
I have another recipe for French Toast that I use, but I wanted to offer a choice of toppings for Mother's Day Brunch. The praline topping was incredibly easy to make and everyone raved about it. Will definitely make this again

Bananas Foster II

My mother has been craving this, so I made it for Mother's Day Brunch, to serve with Challah French Toast. I've been looking for a recipe that I don't have to "ignite", because I didn't want to light the house on fire. I doubled the recipe, but didn't double the rum--since this was a breakfast dish. Everyone loved it and it's long gone. Thank You!

Hershey's ® Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2006
This recipe is so easy and I've made it several times when unexpected company arrives. I have also "painted" cupcake papers with white chocolate and filled them w/the mousse. Topped with a dusting of cocoa powder and a fresh raspberry, it makes an elegant dessert.
