I made this for my daughter's birthday cake, and I used white chocolate cheesecake flavored jello and added food coloring to make it pink for her. It was so easy, and so yummy! I love that you can use different pudding flavors to complement whatever you are frosting.

I omitted the dry mustard and pecans just because I didn't have them on hand, and this was still amazing! I'm embarrassed to admit I stood over the empty roaster pan and picked the crunchy sugar topping out of the bottom it was so good. I used a freshly smoked ham from a local farm, and I will never buy another processed ham.

I have been wanting to make my own mayonnaise for a while now, but never had the nerve to try it. Now I am kicking myself for not doing this years ago! I made the recipe without any modifications and it is great. I use it as a base and add in additional flavorings as I am using it. I will never go back to processed mayo.
