To Die For Blueberry Muffins
As my first time baking muffins from scratch, I must say that the recipe is quite fool-proof. The batter did end up too thick, as people have said in other reviews so I added 1/4 cup more milk. Also, the crumble topping started to burn, as people predicted. I turned the temp down 25 degrees and they were fine. I might add the topping part way through baking next time, but all in all I definitely plan to make these again.
