Veggie Stir-Fry
I really liked the sauce and it was a good textural combination of veggies. I added ground ginger and substituted celery for the cabbage (If you do this, I recommend cooking it earlier with the onions and broccoli). I'll definitely add this to my regular recipes!

Quick and Easy Dip
It was definitely easy. I tried heating it in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese, which made it more appealing, although after the cheese cooled it was nearly impossible to penetrate with chips!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
As my first time baking muffins from scratch, I must say that the recipe is quite fool-proof. The batter did end up too thick, as people have said in other reviews so I added 1/4 cup more milk. Also, the crumble topping started to burn, as people predicted. I turned the temp down 25 degrees and they were fine. I might add the topping part way through baking next time, but all in all I definitely plan to make these again.
