Whole Wheat Honey Bread
Tastes just like Orowheat double fiber bread, except a LOT cheaper to make than buy. I took the suggestion of a few other reviewers and added 3 tbs of wheat gluten and instead of using shortening, I used the same amount of melted salted butter. It has a good texture with a slight sweetness from the honey. It slices great and is good for sandwiches, toast, etc.
