I'm young but was raised by two parents who loved to bake and cook. My parents taught me how to shop fresh on a budget and in return I now eat meals that are served at the most upscale resturaunts in the price point of McDonalds.
My favorite things to cook
I eat a lot of vegetarian anything, I find it exciting. The food is always full of so much flavor and colour. I work with T.V.P., bulgar couscous, beans whatever suits my fancy. My favorite is dessert, because you can't have a fancy dinner without the sugar to match it. My weakness is cookies.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cooking vegetarian with my parents and eating new Turkish delights with my husband.
My cooking triumphs
I know that I can make anything I try and I didn't have to go to school to learn how to do it. I'm also great at improvising. I'm know for my famous oozing baklava.
My cooking tragedies
Can't say I've ever made anything unedible.
