My vegan friend asked me to do a cake for her hubby for Valentine's day. She said he really misses cake from his pre-vegan days. I baked this as directed in an 8x8 dish. Once cooled, I removed it from the pan and cut it into a pinched heart shape. I decorated with vegan-friendly "buttercream" icing. He loved it!
