15 Minute Fried Rice

SO fast and easy, but I was a little dissapointed. I used brown rice, so I know that changed the flavor, but this just simply didn't have the texture. Much better if reheated on the stove the next day, with a few added spices.

Aimee's Quick Chicken

When I first took this out of the oven, I thought that it was going to be my favorite dish. BUT after a few bites, I realized that the many different flavors are SO overwhelming that I could hardly finish a serving. The chicken was very moist, and it certainly was fast and easy. But I don't think it needed bacon. Next time I will make it with lots of mustard and maybe a little teriaki only. OR substitue a pasta sauce with the bacon and cheese... but not everything together.
