Best Carrot Cake Ever

This is just what I was looking for! The cake has perfect taste, like it was made at some fancy cafe. I made the recipe with only 4 cups of carrots, and I only put about half of the juice from the carrot/sugar mixture in the batter. If you love good carrot cake, this is for you...and it's very easy to make! Thanks!

This dish was okay. It was a little bland, like others stated, so I added some extra spices. I also added mushrooms to the sauteing and served it with white rice. Will try again with variations.
