Chocolate Eggplant (Chocolate Aubergine)
For valentine's since i was doing lobster i wanted something different .. i actually served this with a bowl of vanilla ice cream on the side with a sprint of mint-- it was amazing.. will do again again and again!! Thank you - your recipe made me look like a chef!

Lobster Pasta
This was easy straight forward and more so I used a recipe from this person for aubergine s with chocolate which was amazing!!! The lobster was succylent the sauce on the pasta amazing.. My woman on valentine's day couldnt believe it!!
