Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Pumpkin Pancakes

Made this with half regular and half whole wheat flour, as well as only egg whites. Turned out great! Like others said, the batter is thick. Simply use 1/4 cup to pour and spread it out on the griddle. Turns out nice and fluffy.

German Red Cabbage

This is the real thing. The Germans call it Apfelrotkohl and it can be found in every market and most restaurants. Living in Germany for the past four years, I've tried many different versions, but this hands down the best. True German red cabbage!

Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

I give this five stars simply because this is one of the best tasting slow-cooker recipes we have tasted. I still prefer non-slow-cooker beef stroganoff recipes over this, but from the perspective of convenience and taste, it's a keeper!

Argentine Lentil Stew

The end result will clearly vary based upon what barbeque sauce one uses. We used Heinz, and the taste was overpowering. Not sure I'll make this again.

Tabbouleh III
