this is a tough one to review after reading the submitter's comments. That's because my only problem was there was too much white wine. I should have noticed that 2 cups was a bit much, but my kids LOVED it and I enjoyed it also. Again, just too much Wine and I added a little more basil.

I made this dish for my girlfriend on her birthday and she is a MAJOR crepe lover and I'm a lousy crepe maker. This was simple and delicious.
