Asian Lettuce Wraps
Made it as-is, minus the pickled ginger and it was fabulous. We'll definitely be making it again!

Flat Iron Steak with Three Pepper Rub
We absolutely LOVE this steak rub! I used sirloin tip steak and it was amazing. Served with cheese/sour cream/green chile mashed potatoes. I made up a second package of thin-cut sirloin tip for burritos this week, using the rest of the green chiles for a cheese sauce. Thanks for giving me another easy dish to add to my files!

Mama's Balsamic Vinaigrette
We thought this dressing was fabulous, but made a couple of minor tweaks. We felt the vinegar and mustard were competing with each other too much, so I toned it down with about 1Tbsp of honey. I also added a dash of onion powder. A good hard shake in the container and it was perfect!
