Dark Chocolate Cake I
I made this cake batter last night and put it in mini-bundt pans. Then I made a chocolate glaze with confectioner's sugar, unsweetened cocoa, milk, a dash of cream, and orange extract. The cake itself tasted fluffy and very much like dark chocolate. It melts in your mouth.
This recipe is a great starting off point in creating some very nice desserts. I think that adding coffee would be nice, but this would be great paired with rasberry sauce, liquor and glaze.
