Shepherd's Pie VI
I tried this out with Sweet Potato instead of regular, it was great. I mashed the potato with some milk and butter for moisture. Instead of mixing the cheese with the potato I put it under the potatoes. I also tossed shredded carrots on the meat instead of mashed carrots and also added a can of corn.
