Chicken Curry I
fantastic! Following the advice of another reviewer I also added a shake or two of cumin, turmeric, and chicken broth instead of the water. Absolutely delicious! Adjust cayenne pepper to taste - we like spicy! Served with steamed broccoli and sticky rice. The next day, we through it all together and stir fried. If possible, even better than the 1st night! Husband wanted new batch for night 3. Thank you for sharing.

Easy Chicken Enchiladas
very very good! we used onion and chive cream cheese for just a bit more umpf. This will be as good as the salsa used ( i used jalepeno & cilantro) also added some enchilda sauce to bottom and top of prepared tortillas. I could eat this every other night! YUMMY

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
very yummy! We grilled the marinated breasts vs. kabobs. Also, as another reviewer suggested, grilled gr/red peppers and onion in a foil pan. after the breasts were cooked we put them in pan with veggies and their juices. Served with egg noodles. Chicken was perfect, didn't change a thing w/ the recipe.
