Asparagus with Garlic and Onions

I loved this recipe - easy and full of flavor! My bf is not a big fan of asparagus but seems to like a stir-fried version better. This recipe was the perfect combination of onions and garlic to really spice up some fresh asparagus. I didn't have onions on hand so had to use dried onions but the dish still turned out well. I served this with salmon and some oven "fried" sweet potatoes. A good combo.

Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Casserole

Wondeful! made it for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! Although my bf prefers the version with marshamallows...maybe next time I'll make this version and top with marshmallows at the end and bake it for an additional 10 minutes.

Dragon Fire Grilled Steak with Tangy Wasabi

I somehow left out the soysauce so it was mainly a vinegar-based marinade, but he steak still turned out well! I was afraid it would be too tart and not taste good, but it was OK. Will need to try this again the right way next time.
