Smoky Bacon Wraps
WOWWIE! i cut the bacon in half both ways (length and width) and each piece was still big enough to fully wrap the little hog dogs. i coated the bacon with brown sugar on both sides before wrapping - and i used pork lil' smokies. will definitely be making these again!! and again!!

Linda's Lasagna
AWESOME! everyone loved it! i just slightly changed the recipe: instead of just beef i used equal portions of beef, veal and pork, like my italian grandmother uses for her meatballs. also, i added some italian seasonings and i used ricotta cheese. and i had to add another cup of water to the sauce. the lasagna had REALLY GREAT FLAVOR! will make this again, for sure!
