Spinach Pomegranate Salad
A taste sensation! I LOVE this salad! For Thanksgiving I made Candied Walnuts and added them to the recipe and it was even better! I love the different flavors together in this salad.

Hearty Jambalaya
I LOVE jambalaya and was skeptical about being able to make a restaurant quality product at home. This recipe is easy and FABULOUS! I didn't have a green pepper, so I used red, but I'll definitely use a green one next time. I also used turkey kielbasa to lower the fat content. This recipe was more for me than for my hubby, but he RAVED about it. Its going into the regular rotation for sure!

Artichoke Spinach Dip
I made this last weekend and it was a big hit! I made a few changes, as suggested by other reviewers. I halved the recipe (except I used a whole can of artichokes). I sauteed 2 cloves of minced garlic in the butter for an extra kick. I also added some lemon juice at the end. I was quite surprised how well it held up on the stovetop (on low)--I made it earlier than I should have--but it didn't get clumpy or burn to the pan. Great recipe, Cindy!
