White Chili IV
LOVED IT! My bf went crazy for it too. I left out the mushrooms since I ran out of room in my pot. I also used cilantro instead of parsley and frozen green chili instead of fresh. It was absolutely delicious.

Slow Cooker Tipsy Chicken
Very easy and my boyfriend loved it - said to put it in the "keeper" file. I added a chopped onion and used chicken breasts and it turned out perfectly! Great winter dinner!

Amish Breakfast Casserole
My guests and I absolutely loved this casserole! I used turkey bacon and added some seasonings and green pepper on my own and it was wonderful. I also garnished with tomato slices. Reheats nicely too!
