Marshmallow Fondant
I have a tried a number of different recipes but this is the one I have found to be the easiest to work with. The only change I made was that instead of 1 tsp of vanilla, I added 1/4 tsp vanilla, lemon, orange & almond extract. It gives it a very interesting flavor.
