Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I really enjoyed this one. I added garlic croutons and celery seed as other have suggested and used. This turned out good. I didn't use real lemon juice. I will decrease the amount of lemon next time.

Squash Casserole I
This was great at an office party. I added a little of Knorrs vegetable mix to give a little flavor. I didn't add liquid to mix. I also didn't cook the squash in a lot of water because they make there own. This was fabulous!

Baked Potato Soup
Great! My roommate loved it. Added some leftover steak tenderloin. I agree with others I will use more bacon the next time. This will become fam favorite.
