Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

This was a delicious recipe! I made it using a 9 X 13 pan. It was the easiest, most delicious recipes that I've made in a long time.

I've made this recipe for my family Christmas party and everyone loved it! Some suggestions...1) grab veggies from a salad bar, much cheaper and they're already cut up...2) line pan with reynolds wrap, ensures dough won't stick...3) cut into squares using pizza cutter, PRIOR TO ADDING veggies and cheese, much easier to cut that way. Also, I like to use add an extra package of cream cheese, makes it a little creamier.

Delicious recipe, the only thing I would do differently would be to add less butter. Next time I will cut it down to 3/4 cup butter.

Standing Rib Roast

I followed one reviewer's comments and cooked the roast at 425 for 30 minutes and then at 325 for 20 minutes per pound. Also, to simplify things, I just rubbed down the roast with EVOO and patted on McCormicks Montreal Steak Seasoning. It was great!

Veggie Pizza

Great recipe, just made a few changes. I omitted the dill(not a big fan of dill) and garlic salt (felt it would make it too salty), and added another 4oz of cream cheese. This gave the sauce a thicker consistency. Was a huge hit at our family party!

White Chocolate Gorp

What a great simple recipe. Just a few minor modifications - I melted the white chocolate chips in the microwave and added raisins to the recipe. Delicious.

Different Chicken Divan

Great recipe, I love the hint of curry in the dish. The addition of the fried onions really makes a difference. I precooked a bag of frozen broccoli pieces and then just mixed together all of the ingredients, except 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Then topped with the remaining cheese. Delicious

Quiche Lorraine II

This is a simple, easy recipe. I followed another reviewers hint to prick the crust and weigh it down with beans and it worked out very well. In one of the two quiches I made I substituted 1/2 of the swiss for mozzerella, added pepper and omitted the onions. Both turned out great. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.
