Tender Italian Baked Chicken
This was great! I was a little worried about the mayo b/c we don't eat mayo, but we couldn't taste it. I'll definitely make this again and it will become our new staple for making italian breaded chicken. I did cook on a wire rack as suggested and turned over 5 minutes before the end, which made it crisp.
