I am a married mother of two grown girls. Our oldest is married with a 2 year-old son and our youngest, also married, has two 2 year-old boys with another boy on the way. Our motto, 'Embrace The Chaos' is tested everyday. Anything new! Of course, my sense of curiosity in the kitchen hasn't always worked out so well. Thank goodness my family has been so tolerant. My mom was taught to cook by watching her mom cook and she carried that on. Cooking at home every night. The planning, shopping & cooking takes a lot to do but it's been worth every minute. Lasagna. Newly married & eager to try what I thought would be a more difficult dish than I had cooked to date, I followed this horribly long, complicated recipe. It probably took even longer because I wanted it to be perfect. It was done at Midnight. I was so upset I woke hubby up to eat it. What a trooper - he did. It actually turned out delicious!
