I'm just one of those slightly crazy people who love to cook. I also regularly write stories and poetry and hope to eventually become a published writer. In the meantime, I still have to feed people! Soups and stews, home-baked bread and cakes. I love these scents, they just feel like home to me and make a place feel like a home. Cooking big meals for holidays together, baking the ham for Easter or making the pies for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Probably finally perfecting my venison/beef stew recipe. LOL, sadly I still cannot seem to get homemade pie crusts to roll thin enough without it falling apart, so for now I have to stick to storebought.
