Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
This was delicious! The pan searing really helps keep the meat moist. I added celery but otherwise followed the directions exactly. I also took some of the beef cubes out after it was done and shredded them and added the shreds back to the stew. I think this increases the meaty flavor in every bite!

Pesto Cream Sauce
I made this with skim milk and my cream-sauce-hating husband loved it! Excellent!

Peanut Butter Noodles
These were just ok. I liked the flavor a lot but the sauce got all congealed and sticky once I poured it on the noodles. This made all the noodles stick together and it was hard to serve. Next time I would add more soy sauce or broth to thin it out a little more.
