Sweet Restaurant Slaw
Very good recipe. I did take into consideration the reviews of others. I cut the sugar in half and used celery seeds. I also made 1 & 1/2 of the dressing. Very good...Thanks!

Kim's Prime Rib
I used a 5 lb. prime rib. I did not have onion salt, so I used garlic salt, not much, as the soy gives it the salty flavor. I should have left it in for a bit longer on the high heat setting, as after the suggested total cooking time, my meat therm. read 137 or so. I took it out at 140, and it was a bit too rare. I was scared of over cooking - overcooked prime rib is a sin! I still prefer a steak grilled on a grill. If you like prime rib, this is a good recipe.

Meat Loaf Pie
I forgot to add the ketchup, worcestershire sauce and egg to the meat! A blonde moment, I guess...But it turned out really good without. Next time I will remember. I fried onions and garlic w/hamburger. I also made homemade mashed potatoes and added several garlic cloves to the water when boiling. Next time I will make it as written...I also used puff pastry as the crust, and baked the crust for 15 minutes before filling with fillings...
