Butternut Squash Soup

Very yummy. I would use only I cream cheese block. I made it both ways and yu lose the squash flavor with 2.

Love it! Delicious!!! Doubled the recipe and still all was well. Good idea about keeping lemon grass in large pieces. Was a bit warm...husband thought perfect, one child too hot. May have to adjust red pepper slightly.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

I am sorry to say that this was very bland. I did prepare as stated and did not follow some recommendations to season it up. I also would precook the bacon. Maybe cooking the sauce separately and then adding when served might be better too. My children and husband seemed to like it and we served the leftovers on toast points which they liked as well as the pasta.

Zucchini with Dill Weed and Garlic-Yogurt Sauce

Very good and fresh tasting. Complimented the Shish Tawook Marinated Chicken well. I cut back just a bit on the dill as my children are iffy on it.

Delicious. My family enjoyed it with a rice dish with zucchini and dill weed too. The yogurt sauce topped it off perfectly.

B.L.T. Salad with Basil Mayo Dressing

Loved it. Great flavors and easy to make. BTW...why do people leave reviews judging the recipe for content versus flavor/ease of prep? If you don't like the amount of fat for instance, move on. We are pretty much all adults and can make our own decisions.

Sticks and Stones Candy Bark

Great recipe. Though I eliminated the raisins...just a personal preference. I use this as my signature Holiday gift giving treat. Secretaries, Post Office employess, teachers, etc. all have raved.

Blue Cheese Chicken Wing Dip

I made this for the Pittsburgh/Denver playoff game. Everyone raved about it. I served it with both pita triangles and celery. I am making it again for Super Bowl Sunday as a condition of attending a party!!!
