I recently graduated college and started my career as a dental hygienist. Learning to switch from fast food and mac and cheese to whole meals, tougher than I thought!! I've discovered that I LOVE to cook and bake, as does my father who is great at it. It's been fun experimenting with all of the recipes I find, even better when I get a thumbs up from the people eating it!! I probably like to cook italian more than anything, never really attempted a true mexican dish, or any other ethnic dishes. Thanksgiving is the feast of the year for my family. I make the desserts, an my dad makes the meal which is delicious. Probably Spiced Apple Cake. An all day task that I was sure would turn out horrible, but ended out great!! I decided after that one I could conquer any recipe, haha. Not many yet. The occasional burning of things happens. Nothing huge, yet!
