Summer Bean Salsa
This was very refreshing but my family found that 1 cup or more of mango was better. I also added fresh tomatoes & frozen corn (instead of mushy canned corn). Salt and pepper to taste! Delicious.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is a 10 star cookie. I've been trying chocolate chip cookies recipes for years and this is the very first that isn't too greesy and thin or too thick and cakey. I made it just as the recipe suggested. It's perfect and I'm delighted I found it!
