Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
The best potato soup I have ever made. Doubled the recipe and omitted the salt, you don't need it. I was worried that it was going to be to watery, but the end result was a perfect consistency. This was super easy and even better the next day. Thank you.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
Very nice! Used extra garlic and less red pepper. (personal taste) I had less shrimp than called for so I added more mushrooms. Next time I will add scallops as suggested. Yummy.

Yin-Yang Salmon
Just made this for dinner. Excellent. I chickened out at the last second on the amount of hot sauce ( Louisiana hot sauce ) and used only slightly less. I assure you it's not too spicy. My five year old loved it. Thanks for a great recipe!
