Banana Crumb Muffins
I absolutely love this recipe. The muffins are moist and full of flavour. The only thing though is that the crumb topping was only good on the day the muffins were baked. The next day it turned sugary which I didn't find too pleasant. Next time I plan to make these in advance I will omit the topping.

Irresistible Pecan Pie
I am giving this one 4 stars because despite everything I thought it tasted good. I don't like anything goey and I found after making this pie that there was a lot of "jelly" at the bottom of the pie. Next time I will use less syrup and maybe more nuts cause I like mine very nutty. Also I found that the pie almost scorched before setting so I switched the oven off and let it stand for a while. I read another review and next time I will cover it will foil. Otherwise it is a good tasting pie.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts
I am from South Africa so I don't know what Krispy Kreams are but doughnuts are quite popular down here. Everyone who ate them said they were better than the ones bought at our local shops. I made them twice in one weekend. The first time I followed the recipe exactly adding just a lit more flour. the second time I add melted chocolate and a little milk to the original glaze recipe and they tasted just great. I have just one problem with the glaze becoming very soft after a while. The glaze sets well but after a few hours of standing it becomes soft and moist. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The only reason I won't be making these anytime soon is because I wouldn't want them to settle on my hips. GREATE RECIPE!!!!!
