Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
Absolutely delicious!! The only changes I made was to add an extra cup of water (since I used 4 pounds of meat), used only 1 tbl of soy sauce and added 2 tbl of Worcestershire sauce, layered big chunks of onion on the bottom of the pot, and added a package of whole fresh mushrooms to the top. Yummy marinade!! Good with mashed potatoes.

Ho Ho Cake
So so recipe. I whipped the filling for 12 minutes as suggested. It had absolutely no flavor. The frosting is what gave it the sweetness. After refrigerating, the filling tasted like a hard slab of crisco...yuck. I've had better.
