Homemade Mac and Cheese
I thought this recipe was pretty good! However, I did make a few changes: I only used two cups of milk and added 1/2 cup sour cream. I think the sauce would have been too runny otherwise. Also, I used "Italian-style" breadcrumbs on top, along with some crushed red pepper: I think these two things really added to the flavor of this dish. With my alterations, I will make this again. Thanks for the recipe!
