I had a son who wanted homemade lemon ice cream for his birthday and this was the one that I decided to try. It worked out really well, has a nice tang without being too strong. A nice treat.

I tried this after reading all of the reviews and had great results. I added ginger, fresh pumpkin and used part brown sugar. The best change I made, however, was using cinnamon chips. Everyone loved these. I have already given the recipe to two people and my first attepmt at these was yesterday.

This is delicious. I wanted to make something interesting for Christmas and ended up making more for New Years. My children, who love blue cheese yet don't like onions, found it irresistable. I never had time to put pecans on it, did not matter. I also tried more spice on the second batch and found it just as appealing. TRY THIS for something new and delicious!
