Anything with black beans, spaghetti, and tuna noodle casserole. Anything I make that my husband enjoys and tells me I can make again. He comes from a family of good cooks and it's hard to get his stamp of approval since he's such a food critic. And it's even more rewarding when he tells others about a great dinner I made. A couple recipes from this site that just didn't turn out good at all. Had to throw away an entire casserole, but the dog enjoyed finding it in the trash!
