This was a great recipe - it worked out really well. I improvised with the sauce because I didn't have exactly the right ingredients. I used a big can of tomato sauce instead of the stewed tomatoes and a chicken bouillon instead of a veggie one. The only thing I would say is watch out for the salt with the bouillon and the canned tomatoes. But other than that: Delicious!

I enjoyed these cookies - they were easy to make and yummy. I used natural peanut butter, so mine probably weren't as sweet as if I had used your average processed store brand. Not bad at all.
