Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
These turned out absolutely divine for me! I followed past reviewer's advice and reduced the baking temp to 350 and increased the baking time to about 12 minutes, baked the cookies on top of a layer of aluminum foil, soaked the raisins first (I actually added craisens as well), and made sure to hand mix everything so as not to over work the dough. They were moist, fluffy, and delicious! Best oatmeal cookies I've ever tasted! (My husband even asked me to bake another batch so he could bring them to work to share with his coworkers!)
