Delicious Black Bean Burritos
I did not expect to like it that much but did not know what else to have. I left out the Jalapino and cilantro because of my wife's preference but we both loved them. One receipe (15 oz can) filled the two tortillos so we used a knife and fork. Marge added sour cream to her's, I ate mine as is. We both loved them. Thanks for something new and delicious for us.

Quesadillas II
Very good and a flexible dish. We used our leftover grilled chicken, chedder cheese, mozzarella cheese and pineapple salsa
