I use 7-Up instead of sugar and carbonated water, and I make sure to slice the fruits thickly, otherwise I find it's a little too much citrus for my taste. I've also been adding red raspberries and pineapples recently - super good!

Perfect - the Worcestershire sauce added the perfect tang - I had a larger pkg of blue cheese, so I just added to taste (difficult to measure out ounces) this is a keeper

Slow Cooker Roast Beef

I've been cooking this on high for 6 hours and in comes out perfect - I found that cooking for the full time came out dry. I also use the (strained) liquid from this to make gravy for some mashed potatoes - absolutely divine!

when you double this recipe, don't double the sun-dried tomato and the artichoke also, some people weren't sure if you should use the liquid from the veggies - I didn't and this came out wonderful

Very good - I used approx 2 tablespoons per pound of meat, and I could have used more.... mixed spice in with a little water at the end & let it simmer... made for yummy tacos

Kicked Up Mac and Cheese

Next time I will use about 1/2 box of pasta, and maybe only 1/2 cup of pepper jack + 1/2 cup of monterey jack. very easy, will definitely do again.

I loved it! I did add 2 cloves of garlic, and I used the entire onion (it was small) but that's all I changed. I served it to some friends & I just sent them the recipe. So easy to make!
