I am a mother of 2, 3 if you count my husband. I love to cook and am always trying new things. I come from a large Italian family and have many family recipe's. I love to cook anything with tomatoes and garlic. I have a love for all vegetables especially fresh from my tiny garden. Of course I love to bake. Sunday is the day to make sauce, we have our traditional macaroni or spaghetti dinner and freeze the rest of the sauce. My first time making carrot cake was a huge success. Making everyone at home eat the same thing for dinner is a huge triumph!
