About this Cook
I am a mother of 2, 3 if you count my husband. I love to cook and am always trying new things. I come from a large Italian family and have many family recipe's.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything with tomatoes and garlic. I have a love for all vegetables especially fresh from my tiny garden. Of course I love to bake.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Sunday is the day to make sauce, we have our traditional macaroni or spaghetti dinner and freeze the rest of the sauce.
My cooking triumphs
My first time making carrot cake was a huge success. Making everyone at home eat the same thing for dinner is a huge triumph!

Japanese Zucchini and Onions
This is such a great way to eat zucchini. The flavors were perfect and it was super easy to make. Thanks for another great recipe

Zucchini Herb Casserole
Great recipe. It's Zucchini season and what do you do with all the zucchini? Make this recipe. My husband doesn't like zucchini but loved this recipe, says it was a perfect combination of herbs, veggies, and rice. Will definately make again. Maybe less cheese next time.

Pesto and PHILLY Light Crostini
This is a great recipe. I have been looking for a good pesto recipe that is easy and doesn't require Pine nut (those things are expensive). This is super tasty and a great compliment to cream cheese. This will now be a staple in my house.....
