Monkey Bread I
I scaled this way down because it was just for me and my two toddlers (who are 1 and 2 years old). They don't eat much so I just used one 7.5 oz can of biscuits. The glaze turned out weird for me, for some reason I couldn't get the brown sugar and butter to mix correctly. I've done it before for other recipes so I'm sure it's just something I did wrong. It still tasted good though. I cooked it in a pie pan. I left out the nuts because they're still a choking hazard around here, particularly for my one year old who doesn't have enough teeth to chew them properly, and I didn't have any raisins on hand, so those were out. The kids really liked it and so did I! I liked it a little too much and gave myself a little bit of a tummy ache. I will make this again!

Best Ever Muffins
I made mini muffins with this recipe and they turned out great. I tried putting in mandarin oranges, but they didn't taste too orangey. Next time I'll add some orange flavoring or some juice. My nine month old loves them, the mini muffins are just the right size and shape for his hands. Whenever I give him one he gets so excited! I think he's eaten more of them than anyone else in our family! I cooked the mini muffins at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes and they came out perfect. They taste great warm with a little sweet cream butter on top. Yum!

Amish White Bread
I am always on the lookout for good breads that don't require a bread machine as I don't have one. This is an easy and delicious bread. My husband and I have big sweettooths so we left in the full amount of sugar. Yummy!
