Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

What a great recipe, I'll never make meatballs any other way! These were so tasty and very easy for my children to cut and eat (no hard bits like on fried or broiled meatballs).

Tropical Coconut Black Bean Soup

Cinnamon-Topped Rhubarb Muffins

These were very tasty, but I think I would bake them less time next time, they were a little dry and difficult to get out of the muffin papers.

Herbed Potato Soup

This was really good, but the 2nd time I made it I used chicken stock instead and it was fantastic. With chicken stock, it's a 5 star recipe.

Seven Layer Tortilla Pie

This was really good. Instead of mashing I used the food processor and added a can of green chillies as well. It was very tasty. A regular on my dinner rotation from now on thanks!

Cheddar Biscuit Cups

These were fast, easy, and quite tasty. I didn't change anything, but I think that next time I might add some dill or chives. But that's just me. On their own they're still quite good. Thanks!

Delicious. I used 2 1/4 cups dry macaroni and 2 cups of milk (and 2 generous tbsps flour), everything else was the same. It was creamy, cheesy, savoury and delicious. I served it with green and yellow beans sauteed in EVOO and garlic and it was gobbled down in silence by hubby and my 5 and 3 year old girls. Spot on perfect mac and cheese.

Pancake Stack with Syrup

Excellent pancakes, I will make them again and again, very fluffy. I didn't make the syrup so I can't comment on that, and I did reduce the baking powder to 2 1/2 tbsp like other people suggested. This is my new pancake recipe.

Red River Beef Stroganoff

This is a great recipe. My kids lapped it up and asked for more. They were even excited about leftovers the next day which is unusual in our house. The only changes I made were to add 3 tbsp paprika to the flour, 1 clove of minced garlic and 2 tbsp dijon mustard to the sauce. This is delicious and an excellent fall meal.

Party Pinwheels

I had to break out the 5 star here, this recipe was terrific. I followed almost exactly, I used spinach tortillas instead of plain for colour but the rest was exactly as written. I took them to a baby shower and was glad I doubled the recipe, because they only lasted about 10 minutes as it was. Just about everyone went home with the recipe, they were that good.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are the best. Great title. We have a nut allergy to worry about so the only change I made was to omit the nuts and add in 3/4 more chocolate chips and they were fantastic. Thanks!

Basic Pizza Crust

This is the dough I'll be making from now on, very easy, you do need more flour, up to a full cup more. I also like to add pepper and italian seasoning to the dough, but it is great plain as well. Thanks.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

Great quick cake. I cannot bake, I'm terrible and I pulled this off. I doubled the recipe for the 9 x 12 pan and got a nice cake that was great after dinner with a cup of coffee or tea. I'll be making this again for a nice simple cake. I'd even bring it to a potluck.

Carrot and Raisin Salad II

This is a great, quick salad. I've made it once a week since discovering it a month ago. I don't use the lemon juice and brown sugar though, I followed someone elses advice and use a sploosh of balsamic (about 1 1/2 to 2 tbsps.)
