I'm a stay at home mom of 2 girls, I have always loved to cook (and eat) new recipes. I love cooking big. I love feeding my extended family or friends. I also love cooking big pots of steaming soups or sauces. I love when my family gets together for potluck meals. Sometimes with a theme, but most often without. I love when we do delicious salads with cold roast beef and turkey, we all have our own signature salad, mine is a "killer" potato. My potato salad was about a year in the making. I read about 200 recipes for inspiration and it took about 10 attempts to tweak it just right. Now it's a favourite with my family and I am constantly being asked to make it for people. Too many to list, most have to do with baking. I'm a good cook, I can pretty much make anything work, but I'm a TERRIBLE baker.
