Vegetarian Meatloaf
the only thing I added to this recipe was worchestershire sauce, and an extra egg, although it didn't set as good as I thought it should, My husband liked it and said it was a keeper

Polenta and Vegetable Casserole
usually I change something in a recipe, but this one is great the way it is. My husband loved it. Its a keeper

Basque Salad
my husband and I loved this salad although he is not a big fan of onions so I did leave them out.
