Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

The best carrot cake! My husband is a carrot cake lover and he is so picky when it comes to carrot cake and he just loved this one. The frosting is what really does it. I left out the nuts since my son is allergic to them and it was still awesome!

Bacon Mushroom Chicken

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

This mac and cheese was I guess just a little to creamy for my crew. It has a lot of sauce that it seems like the noodles just swim in. It was hard to get the kids to eat it and I ended up with a lot of leftovers. this recipe makes a lot of mac and cheese so make sure you either scale it down or have a hungry crowd.

Di's Buffalo Wings

This is a great recipe for chicken wings! I love the flavor of the wings and since they are not dipped in the sauce until after they are fried they were great for my family since I have little ones who don't like them hot. I got my hot wings and they got fried chicken so everyone was happy!

Vegetable Lovers' Fried Rice

This was an easy and versatile recipe. I will admit I did cheat a little bit and used some frozen veggies that I had in my freezer since I didn't have any fresh ones and it still turned out great!

Fresh Tomato Salsa

I know some of the other reviewers said there was to much liquid in the bowl with this salsa, I have found that if you seed the tomatoes it will cut down on the liquid quite a bit. Otherwise this is GREAT salsa, I get asked to make this and bring whenever we are invited to a party. Also do add the one clove of garlic it really makes it great.

Orange Fluff I

I love this recipe! I changed the flavor of the Jello from orange to peach and WOW! Just like my Mom used to make! The only thing I did was as others had suggested cut back the Jello a bit since 2 seemed like an awful lot. Great and will be making it again for sure.

Stove Top Pot Roast

I used beef stock instead of just water to give it more flavor. This is a really great classic roast beef dinner. I did leave out the turnips though, noone in my house will eat them. But with the carrots and potatoes it was still great. This is defenitly a new favorite!
