Pretty good, but this was a very thin recipe. We had it over brown rice, and it was delicious.

This was very very bland. Also, to follow this recipe as written, you must have a 30 inch skillet or something! This makes a very large amount, and I had to transfer the ingredients into a large soup pot, and even then the dumplings were at the rim. Anyway, there are no seasonings (beyond the meager poultry seasoning) called for in this recipe. We really had to add a lot of extras to add some taste. (dill, garlic, & celery salt helped)
