Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder
I love it! I've made this several times, making it exactly as written except I salt to taste and use less cheese. Staple soup recipe, indeed.

Red Broccoli Salad
I used cashews instead of almonds and packaged real maple bacon pieces to speed things up.

Cajun Style Red Bean and Rice Soup
I've made this twice and liked it with hot corn bread. Be careful, though. It's quite oily.
