Holly Thank you for this recipe. I have made it several times now for family and will make for my next dinner party. I cut the chicken up into chunks before cooking, it speeds things up. The last time I used a lower fat cream (5%) and it still was delicious. I have used fresh and dried basil both are fine. It is so easy and will wow guests and family! We LOVE this one.

This recipe has potential but was very bland. I used a mix of mozzerella cheese and cheddar,(all I had).I though it was ok husband did not like. Looking for a good recipe for leftover white rice. Chunky/spicy tomato sauce may help this?

A good meatless recipe, I agree with other reviewers, this needs spices, I added cumin, I skipped chopped tomatoes and used PC arribiata sauce instead to hold the filling together, it is also spicy for extra flavor. Baked at 350 for 15 min. Meat loving husband even liked this. Leftovers for lunch today!
