Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

4 stars for the original recipe - 5 stars for my adjustments. Add a couple dashes Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, one dash tabasco, some ground pepper. But the absoloute key to delicious chicken is boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts. Marinate for four hours. Simply delicious and the best chicken I have ever made. Baste with the marinade every time you flip on the grill. I have made this about 20 times now with perfect results.

Peach-a-Berry Pie

Delicious. I too used the Basic Flaky Crust recipe from this site. The flavour combo and the crust were perfect. Now I need to give some of these pies away before I gain 1000lbs.

Bone-In Ham Cooked in Beer

Excellent. I added ground cloves, pepper and mustard. I also added about two cups of brown sugar and two drops od liquid smoke. Put it in the crockpot for 10 hrs - Delicious.

Glazed Ham

This is a classic. I have used a variation of this recipe for years. I add ground mustard to the mix. I cook the ham in the sauce (all ingredients) for 10 - 12 hours at 200. I then thicken the sauce and use as gravy. Delicious, this turns me on!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I made this today and what can I say it was outstanding. I used a jar of taco sauce instead of enchilada sauce and it turned out great. I garnished with mozza, cilantro, and sour cream.
