4 stars for the original recipe - 5 stars for my adjustments. Add a couple dashes Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, one dash tabasco, some ground pepper. But the absoloute key to delicious chicken is boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts. Marinate for four hours. Simply delicious and the best chicken I have ever made. Baste with the marinade every time you flip on the grill. I have made this about 20 times now with perfect results.
